WCA Turabdin Scholarship 2023 is now open!
We are delighted to announce that we will support 15 new Aramean students from Turabdin, an ancient Aramean region in Southeast Türkiye, starting on 1 September 2023! Hopefully, at least 10 more students will follow later this year.

After supporting 15 Aramean students from Turabdin, an ancient Aramean region in Southeast Türkiye, we are excited to announce that this month, starting on 20 December 2023, we will be able to support at least 15 new students with a scholarship! This will surpass last year's achievement, where we successfully supported 25 students.

WCA Launches Aramean Development Fund: Growing Roots to Build a Future in the Homeland
The Aramean Development Fund (ADF) is a WCA initiative. It is dedicated to supporting Arameans in Turabdin, Southeast Türkiye, but also in Iraq and Lebanon. Our mission is to provide or assist in securing financial support, either through grants or interest-free loans, making sure they can live and thrive in their native land. We aim to strengthen our local communities, encourage Arameans abroad to return home and rebuild their birthplace, and safeguard the future of the Aramean people, language and heritage in their ancestral homeland.
